Data controller

What we collect

This site has no form, no customer account and no cart. We only collect:

  • Data you send us by email (name, email address, phone number, message content) when you use a contact link on the site. It is used solely to answer you and to manage any business relationship that follows. Legal basis: your own request and NHB-ONLINE's legitimate interest in replying. Retention: 3 years from the last contact.
  • Audience statistics through Google Analytics, only if you consent (see below). Legal basis: your consent.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a site. This site uses two categories:

  • Strictly necessary cookie — nhb_consent, set by nhb-online.com to remember your choice about analytics cookies. Duration: 6 months. No consent required.
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-65GM2E7HLS), cookies _ga and _ga_*, maximum duration 13 months. They measure traffic, pages viewed and where visits come from. They are only set after you explicitly accept. Until then, no Google script is loaded at all.

You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser settings.

Transfers outside the European Union

If you accept analytics, the data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to the United States under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
